For example, are there any tools or applications that allow a individual to explore/display/collect the content or “tag network” of a site, like flickr. Collect all tags that exist within flickr (or any where) and then identify the relationships that existed between those tags. Is this possible, do any of the sites that use tags allow this type of exploration?
