Very good discussion point diagram and it makes sense. If I might make a further suggestion: on the left hand side you have Tools & Sociality and on the Right you have Usability & Encouragement etc.; perhaps the right hand side is more “friction” and left hand side is more “function”. To get left off, you have to reduce friction, but you need the power of function to give you the lift in the first place? just an idea.
