Swan, 2009 didn’t have a whole lot of the social elements, but 2010 KMWorld had quite a bit and surfaced a lot of the people in the KM community who have serious depth and experience of many many years working through the difficulties that come with strong use and broad adoption of the tools. The call for KMWorld 2011 sessions put a strong focus on this. But, this past years 2010 KMWorld made the gap of depth and breadth of understanding with social tools in most other similar communities.
