Gia, I like that approach of including the third place. With sociality I am thinking of that as well as social comfort in tools and with person to people interactions. There are different social interaction design needs as we move through the progression from a personal tool, collective (statements), community/groups, and to collective interactions. This combined with discomfort with tools, how broadly something is shared, interactions with other on thin levels of trust (at best) based on typical thin profiles, as well as having small comfortable social spaces to share information to vet it with peers before releasing it more broadly. This is a series of posts I am crafting and have started to include in workshops, presentations, but have been part of my consulting for a while.
